Gluten intolerance is a fairly common problem. Gluten sensitivity or intolerance is a condition that causes a person to react after ingesting gluten. Complete gluten intolerance, also known as celiac disease which results in intestine damage, it makes harder for your body to absorb nutrients and vitamins form food.
Currently, the only treatment for gluten intolerance is following a gluten-free diet, which excludes all wheat, barley, rye and cross-contaminated oats.

A sudden or even gradual change in weight can be an indicator of a bigger health problem. Unexplained weight loss is a common side effect of undiagnosed celiac disease.
