Once you are on your weight loss diet plans it’s very essential to cheat the meal once a week. But mind it!! CHEAT MEAL NOT DAY. A cheat meal will actually shock your body and spike the release of hormones that help your body with FAT LOSS. But you got to earn the burn so you have to be sure about it that 90 % you following the weight loss diet plans and only 10% you doing a meal cheat. So, you have to basically understand your personality type and choose accordingly so that you can loose weight. You should follow the 90/10 rules.

Shift your focus

Stop focusing on the weighing scale number. Pick a NEW SKILL! Push yourself harder and concentrate on Inch loss.This should be your way of loosing. Don’t go by weight go by INCHES. It’s good for you as soon as you understand this.
